Group Rates:
There are special discounts for groups attending the Clowes Memorial Hall Performing Arts Series, Indianapolis Opera, Butler Ballet and Broadway in Indianapolis. Prices vary by seat location and by presenting organization.

Preferred Seating:
Group seats can be reserved even before they go on sale to the general public! This will ensure your group the best seats in the house. Group seats will be reserved on a first-come basis and are subject to availability.

Comp Policy:
Free admission for tour escort when booking certain sized groups. Ask your Sales Representative.

Parking:
Free parking and convenient motorcoach drop-off when visiting Clowes Memorial Hall.

Marketing/Education Materials:
Whenever possible, Clowes Memorial Hall will supply you with show information and materials to help you promote your group event.

Pre-Performance Talks:
When available, admission to the pre-performance lectures is free for groups attending the performance.

Clinics with Artists:
When available, admission to the clinics is free for groups attending the performance.

Space for You:
Clowes also offers room rental opportunities for your group. Turn your outing into your own event with a pre- or post-performance gathering. We can accommodate up to 250 people, and we have many in-house services to make your event special, including our recommendations for catering.
