AUDITORIUM
The nearly 2200 seat auditorium offers the highest quality acoustics, state-of-the-art production and staging. Performances range from Broadway shows and lectures to concerts and ballets, with accessible seating on the main floor and three terraces (balconies). Private functions and meetings are also held in the Auditorium. The main floor seating is continental with access from numerous doors house left and house right. Terrace seating is accessed by staircases or elevators. A trained usher staff is on-duty to assist with reserved and general admission events..
ROOM
THE GRAND LOBBY
The Grand Lobby is suitable for large receptions or sit-down dinners.
THE KRANNERT ROOM
Located on the lower level of the Grand Lobby and accessible by elevator, the multi-function Krannert Room will accommodate up to 220 for theatre style presentation or a maximum of 150 for a sit-down dinner. The room provides the perfect setting for conferences and meetings and is large enough to allow simultaneous set-ups for meeting and meal requirements.
THE EDITH C. SEITZ OWINGS RECEPTION SUITE
The Edith C. Seitz Owings Reception Suite and Marquee West with access to the outdoor balcony are available for functions of 25-60. Located on First Terrace East, the Owings Reception Suite is ideal for small meetings and the adjoining Marquee area, perfect for cocktails or sit-down functions, overlooks the Grand Lobby and provides immediate access to the outdoor balcony.
THE CONFERENCE ROOM
The Conference Room is available for small group meetings from 8 to 15 depending on configuration and set-up. Whether for a meeting, distance learning or videoconference, the room is equipped with computer hook-up (1280x1024 max.) for PowerPoint or other NTSC videotape playback/record; 4 input switched-source outputs; multi-robotic cameras w/ preset positioning; multiple audio outputs (balanced/unbalanced).
Functions may be coordinated with performances at Clowes Memorial Hall, athletic events at Hinkle Fieldhouse, Jordan College of Fine Arts music and theatre performances or presentations of the Writer's Studio at Butler University.
